the Bragger (Hey what about me?)

Once there was a bragger named Kiki. Kiki was not shy, in fact you could... should say that she was the least bit shy. So she asked her mom to give her money for the most exspensive store in town, and after some convincing her mom surprisingly said yes.
When she got to the store she saw this amazingly beautiful vase. She had to have it. It's almost as if this vase was pulling her into it on purpose. But she bought it anyway for $45. (I know it sounds like a rippoff... but if you saw this vase you would've bought it too)
When she brought it home her mother was on the couch eating lunch, a salad as usual. She of course bragged about it. Then she immediatelly brought the vase to her room and put her secret things in it. Then she started rubbing the smoothe surface of it, somehow feeling the bumps on the paint.
Out of nowhere, all her things spat out of the vase. But that wasn't all. So did a genie. She asked Kiki for three wishes, and with a quick nod of her head, she was back in the vase.
Thats how it all began........

What just happened! Kiki said aloud. She couldn't think of three wishes right now. All she could think of were three things:
1: Genies are not real, was she dreaming?
2: Did the store know a genie was in their lamp?
3: Maybe a genie could be cool, one more thing to talk about at school.
She wanted to get this genie thing out of the way, one wish at a time. Or maybe she could never wish for anything, but Kiki guessed the genie knew because the vase shook and screamed Nooooo! You must use your wishes in three days one for each day, or I'll do them for you!
It was exactly 12:00. Kiki had 12 hours to do her first wish.
She could wish for a cookie or something, but how would that go over in school? Hey guys! bought a lamp with a genie in it and used my wish to buy a cookie? That would be awful!

Ok. Good grades in school :]

After an hour of long thinking, she decided to wish for good grades in school. She was slipping in math and science. Kiki rubbed the lamp and sure enough the genie came out. My names Merideth. Whats yours?
Kiki she said. I decided what my wish will be. I want to have good grades.
Your wish is my command. Merideth said.
That night she got a goodnights sleep. In the morning she went to school, and sure enough a B++ on her Math test. On her pop quiz in science, an A-.
But it wasn't luck. The genies way of having her get good grades was a paper with the answers on it in her desk everyday. She tried not to use it, but it followed her, and soon the teacher found out, since it had been floating behind her. So she had to go to detention. She tried to explain but the teacher of course didn't believe her.
Then she woke up. It was all a dream. She looked at her bedside though, and the vase was still there. But she went to school and everything seemed ok. At least it was for now. She had 2 wishes to go.
